I expect different answers from different people. Each person assigns value in a different way. Each person deserves great value in their real estate professional. There are many different agents some more valuable than others. Anyone can plop a sign in the yard, dump information in the MLS and add some cell phone pics! Many agents finish there.
Before you seek out a real estate professional you should be able to answer the question..."Why did I choose to do business with this company/agent?" Can you determine the perception of value versus value added services?
Do you value video tours? Professional photography? Experience and knowledge? Do you assign a greater value to an agent who works the industry full time? Something else?
