I'll be the first to state that I am far from perfect and have my flaws. I do, however, make a conscious effort to communicate to all people the process and work flow of what we are working on together. I owe it to my clients to provide clear direction at every step. When was the last time you heard from your stock broker? Agent?
I learned early that if I can communicate efficiently and effectively that life is better for my clients - Mine too! Everyone wants to know whats going on and I can't say I am any different. Today with all the different avenues of communication it is easier and faster than ever. As great as all the new technology is, it is of no use if no one is using it.
